Step 1

First, subscribe to the service of your choice! We’ve got two options choose from: GigX Premium & GigX Advanced.

* Our Premium service is 1 Gbps Full-Duplex (1 Gbps up AND down), while our Advanced service is 10 Gbps Full-Duplex!

STEP 2

Next, once you have successfully subscribed to one of our services, it’s go time! Find your apartments ethernet port (as shown below) with the GigXero sticker on it.

For most apartments, your port should be located in a closet close to the front doorway. For those apartments that are located elsewhere, as long as it has a sticker, you are good to go!

Lastly, after finding your apartments ethernet port, go ahead and plug your router in! Once the router boots up fully, follow the setup instructions that come with the device!
